All prices include accreditation and accommodation on a dinner, bed and breakfast (DBB) basis.

Official airport transfer services will be available as follows:

A 20% deposit is required immediately after receival of the invoice, the outstanding balance must be paid by 15th August 2026. That means it has to be in our bank account by the 15th of August.
Please note that it can be up to 2 weeks before a payment is in our bank account. So make payments in time!
